Newly constructed and beautifully designed and landscaped, Casa Tolteca captures the essence of indoor/outdoor living. The downstairs layout consists of a living room, a combined kitchen and dining room that both open onto the veranda, pool area and house grounds. The three downstairs bedrooms have views of their own. One is a master suite onto itself, with a bathroom and step-out patio with views toward the ocean. The other two have views of the tropical garden. The second floor master suite is L-shaped, and its multitude of French doors allows the real melding of home and nature. Tucked into the backyard hill filled with tropical foliage, this bedroom opens onto an expansive deck with view of Vieques' rolling hills - and of course, the ocean. The house faces the Atlantic, so at night, you can see the lights of Culebra and St. Thomas. The villa is home to sun worshipers and shade-seekers alike. The second floor sundeck attracts the worshipers, while the shade-seekers can be found lying in the garden hammock. The best way to cool off is to sit under the water feature that spills into the pool. If that's not enough, there are air conditioners in all of the bedrooms. After a day at the beach, it's hard to beat the
